Angel Wings Social Badminton is a Birmingham, UK based social badminton community. We organise community sessions, manage bookings, and operate player features such as profiles, leaderboards, attendance visibility, and match statistics.

Bookings are required to reserve a place at a session. Spaces may be limited, and a booking is normally confirmed once payment has been completed.

Organisers may refuse, cancel, or adjust bookings where reasonably necessary to protect session quality, fairness, safety, or community experience.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Angel Wings does not store raw card details.

Prices may vary by session, venue, format, or event type.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Angel Wings Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This keeps the booking terms short while giving refund timing, no-show, replacement-player, and organiser-discretion details their own clear page.

Some sessions may operate waitlists when places are full or limited. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot.

If a place becomes available, an offer may expire if it is not accepted within a reasonable timeframe.

Players are expected to be respectful, inclusive, sporting, and considerate of others. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or disruptive conduct is not tolerated.

Organisers may remove players from sessions or community features where reasonably necessary for safety, fairness, or the wider player experience.

Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for making sure they are fit to take part. Please stop playing if you feel injured, unwell, or unsafe.

Organisers are not responsible for injuries, lost property, or personal belongings except where required by law.

Session times, venues, formats, and player features may change. Rankings, leaderboards, court allocation systems, and app features may also evolve over time as the community grows.

Public-facing areas may show limited player information such as display names, leaderboard position, attendance visibility, ratings, games played, and player statistics.

Players may request visibility changes where applicable.
