Safety & Media
Angel Wings Social Badminton. Clear guidance for playing safely, session photos, and personal comfort.
Last updated: 17 May 2026Playing Safely
Badminton is a physical activity. Please play with care, warm up properly, and stay aware of other players, loose shuttles, court space, and venue surroundings.
The aim is good games, good energy, and everyone leaving in one piece.
Participation & Fitness
Players are responsible for deciding whether they are fit to take part. Please play within your own ability where possible and choose a pace that feels sensible for you.
If you have an injury, medical concern, or anything that may affect participation, please use your judgement and speak to the organiser if needed.
Injuries or Feeling Unwell
If you feel injured, dizzy, unwell, or uncomfortable, stop playing and let someone know. There is no pressure to continue a game if something does not feel right.
Looking after yourself matters more than finishing a rally.
Venue Respect & Fair Play
Please respect venue rules, staff, equipment, and other players' space. Keep games sporting, fair, and friendly, especially when mixing levels or playing with new people.
Personal Belongings
Players are responsible for their own belongings at sessions. Please keep valuables with you where possible and check the area before leaving.
Photos & Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during Angel Wings sessions for community updates, promotional content, social media, session highlights, and shared group memories.
The atmosphere is intended to feel fun, welcoming, and community-oriented.
Group Photos
Group photos are normally taken at the end of each session and may be used for Angel Wings Social Badminton community updates, promotional content, and social media.
Social Media & Community Content
Angel Wings may share session photos, videos, highlights, and community moments on Angel Wings social or community platforms.
Players should avoid filming or photographing others in ways that feel intrusive, disruptive, or uncomfortable.
Respecting Boundaries
Please respect other players' comfort and privacy. Do not pressure people into photos or videos, and avoid posting embarrassing, inappropriate, or individual-focused content of others.
Where reasonable, ask before posting close-up or individual-focused content.
Concerns About Media
If you have concerns about appearing in photos or videos, please speak to the organiser. Angel Wings will try to handle concerns respectfully and practically where possible.
Speak to the Organiser
If something feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or unclear at a session, please speak to the organiser. We want sessions to feel friendly, fair, and comfortable for the people taking part.
