Refunds & Cancellation Policy

When you book a place, Angel Wings uses that booking to plan court numbers, player balance, waitlists, and session viability.

Because places are limited, cancellations can affect other players and the cost of running the session.

Refund requests made at least 24 hours before the session may be considered by the organiser.

Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Where a refund would affect session viability, minimum player numbers, player balance, or court costs, approval may depend on a suitable replacement player taking the spot.

This helps keep sessions fair and avoids passing avoidable costs onto the wider group.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend, please tell the organiser as early as possible so the place can potentially be offered to someone else.

If Angel Wings cancels a session, players will usually be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another suitable session.

Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually, but refunds are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the organiser.

The aim is to be fair to the player, the session, and the wider community.

If a session has a waitlist, the organiser may offer a cancelled place to another player. A replacement spot is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Waitlist offers may expire if not accepted within a reasonable timeframe.

Approved refunds may take time to process depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Angel Wings does not store raw card details. Payments and refunds are handled through Stripe where applicable.

Refund and cancellation decisions are handled at organiser discretion, taking into account timing, replacement players, session viability, court costs, and fairness to the community.
