Angel Wings Social Badminton is a Birmingham-based social badminton community. We run social sessions, manage bookings, and operate player features such as profiles, leaderboards, attendance views, and match statistics.

• Names, display names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
• Booking details, session attendance, and participation information.
• Badminton level, playing preference, leaderboard or ranking data, match results, and player profile information.
• Payment status and booking references needed to confirm paid places.

We use player information to manage bookings, organise sessions, help with court allocation, maintain rankings and leaderboards, support player profiles, send operational messages or reminders, and improve the Angel Wings platform.

We process player information where it is reasonably needed to manage bookings, organise sessions, operate player features, maintain rankings or leaderboards, and support the Angel Wings badminton community and platform.

We aim to use only the information needed to run the community properly and keep sessions fair, organised, and enjoyable.

Public-facing areas only show limited player information where relevant and/or opted into.

• Display names: public areas may show a chosen display name rather than private contact details.
• Leaderboards: rankings may show current level, rating, games played, and leaderboard position.
• Attendance visibility: session pages may show limited attendance or participation visibility where enabled.
• Match statistics: profiles or leaderboards may show match history, results, and summary statistics.

Players may opt into or out of certain public visibility features where applicable.

Email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, Stripe or payment identifiers, and admin notes are not shown publicly.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Angel Wings does not store raw card details.

Some trusted third-party services may process limited player information where needed to operate the platform.

• Stripe is used for secure payment processing.
• Google services support hosting, administration, and data handling.
• WhatsApp or similar community channels may be used for relevant session or community communications.
• Third-party tools are used for anonymous usage analytics, performance monitoring, and error tracking. These services collect aggregated interaction and performance data only. Form inputs such as names, emails and payment details are not captured.

Angel Wings does not store raw card details, and third-party access is limited to operational necessity.

We take reasonable measures to protect player data and restrict admin access to people who need it to run bookings, sessions, payments, and player operations.

Players can request display name changes, leaderboard visibility changes, attendance visibility changes, public profile visibility changes, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion/anonymisation where appropriate.

Some historical match or rating data may be anonymised rather than fully deleted where needed to preserve ranking integrity and fair historical records.

Players may receive booking confirmations, session reminders, and operational updates related to bookings, attendance, payments, waitlists, or community sessions.
